Explore Corps projects have been reported on in hundreds of articles and outlets around the world- so many that we decided to stop trying to list them them all in place. A web search will bring up plenty of results, though some are more accurate than others.
We greatly appreciate all the press coverage but would kindly ask journalists and interested parties to please contact us directly to insure that they receive the most current and accurate information regarding our history, programs, participants and plans. A large number of articles written about Explore Corps programming in the Gaza Strip, for example, are written by journalists who have not visited Gaza or spoken with our staff or participants. Getting the story and the facts right is very important to us, as it should be to anyone trying to tell our story. Our team works very hard to insure that our programming does not endanger our local participants or staff. This often includes maintaining formal and informal relationships that trancend borders and political ideology. Inaccurate reporting can create a danger for our programs, our staff and, most importantly, our program participants. Please reach out to us directly and we will be happy to insure that you receive the most accurate information about what is new with Explore Corps and our programs.
